Welcome to the San Joaquin Valley
IAHSP® Regional Chapter!
The San Joaquin Valley IAHSP- Regional Chapter was founded to provide an association for all Accredited Staging Professionals® (ASP®) as a way to foster growth through the education and partnerships with Real Estate Agents, homeowners and builders. Our goal is to network among peers and create a unity. Through our efforts we hope to raise the awareness of Home Staging® and what it can do in our community.
Mission: IAHSP® is dedicated to advancing the art and education of professionals who prepare homes for sale.
To Join the San Joaquin Valley International Regional Chapter (SJVIRC), members must be licensed business owners in San Jaquin County or the out lying cities, and be providing Home Staging services. Members must be ASP/ ASPM Stagers or ASP/ASPM Real Estate Agents and be current members of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP) at the national level. All members are subject to our Ethics guidelines for participation and business conduct.
